What information is collected
Email forms on this site are used for two separate, opt-in purposes: the SEER waitlist and Director’s Notes. Joining one does not automatically join the other.
Email forms are currently active and accepting submissions.
When active, the SEER waitlist and Director’s Notes forms collect the email address you submit, plus standard technical signals used to block automated spam (a hidden timing field and an empty honeypot field). No other personal information is requested.
SEER waitlist
To send launch updates, early-access information and occasional invitations to provide product feedback requested through the SEER form.
Email provider and confirmation
Kit processes subscription requests and email delivery for both purposes.
Both purposes use double opt-in: a request is not confirmed, and no ongoing emails are sent, until the confirmation link in the email is used.
Analytics
This website does not currently load an analytics service of any kind.
Email addresses, names, form values, free text and complete provider error responses are not sent to analytics.
Analytics, when active, does not use cookies on this site.
Retention, your choices and rights
Unconfirmed subscription requests are intended to be retained for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted or manually removed from Kit if still unconfirmed; this describes intended practice, not verified automated behaviour. Confirmed subscribers are retained while actively subscribed, or until deletion is requested. For unsubscribed contacts, the minimum information necessary is retained to honour the unsubscribe request and prevent accidental re-subscription; it is not used for marketing. Kit and Netlify may separately retain their own operational, delivery, security and abuse-prevention records according to their own retention policies and service configuration, for periods not fully controlled by this website.
You may unsubscribe from either email purpose independently. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information associated with your subscription.
Every email includes an unsubscribe path for the purpose to which it relates.
